Part 2: DJ set with 5 hours of mixes to set the Rouge Gorge dance floor alight. With a "Special New Year's Eve" playlist concocted by our resident DJ DJ AWA, based on the best hits from the 70s to the present day, the evening will either be danceable or it won't, all topped off with special "New Year's Eve" goodies in cotillion mode...

Mignardises aperitifs + glass of champagne

Starters :
Terrine of forgotten vegetables with foie gras (crosse, chervil tuberose, vitelotte, earth pear) in field salad

Fish :
Marguerite of scallops, cream of peas with kirch

Meat :
Turkey steak with spinach and melting pears, porcini mushroom sauce

Trou normand :
Pear ice cream and pear liqueur

Cheese :
Roasted goat's heart with honey pearl on a bed of doucette

Dessert :
Charlotte au champagne with red fruit coulis and topette + glass of champagne
