Stay in a wonderful 16th century hunting lodge, in exceptional surroundings, and find out all there is to know about this delicacy, which is one of Provence's gastronomic jewels.Our package includes a visit to Richerenches truffle market, followed by lunch in the intimate setting of the Château de Massillan Cookery Workshop, led by our Chef, Frédéric Le Bourlout; here you can enjoy the day's first offering of truffles, served up in the form of a delicious omelette made from organic eggs combined with Richerenches truffles; it's also a fabulous opportunity to receive useful tips and advice on preparing some of our recipes. It's then time to visit our partner truffle-grower who'll introduce you to "truffle hunting"and some of the unique characteristics for which truffles are renowned. Once back from the Château, you'll have another chance to sample these delicacies that you will have learned more about throughout the day, thanks to our 7-course menu. More than 70 different wine appellations and other prestigious vintages from our cellar will be served as an accompaniment to your food over the course of this gourmet weekend.
