A treat for the tastebuds

In Carpentras, we’re off to discover the berlingot (a typical sweet from the town) at Confiserie Serge Clavel and Confiserie du Mont-Ventoux, where they’ll share with us their “secret” recipes for this speciality of Carpentras

In Saint-Didier, we will stop off at Nougats Silvain, who’ll give us a taste of their handmade nougat made with honey and almonds from the Filière Paysans Nougatiers (local small-scale producers) on Wednesdays (book in advance on the website).
