The Mas des Escarades is a small 6-hectare winegrowing estate that has been organically farmed since 1985 and biodynamically farmed since 2023. It is located close to nature, where all cellar work is carried out by gravity.

In the cellar, you won't see any pumps, as all transfers are made by gravity from the arrival of the grapes to the bottle. No oenological products are added, with the exception of a slight sulfiting before bottling.
The estate's bottles are consigned for reuse, and the labels are made of seeded paper: plant them and flowers will grow! Life at the end of the circuit!
