Discover the black diamond truffle in Gordes in the Monts-du-Vaucluse massifs
Robert Florent, a truffle grower by vocation, organises truffle discovery outings with a demonstration of cavage (truffle hunting) in the wild, accompanied by his truffle dog named ‘Cannelle’. Afterwards, participants are invited for a wine tasting and tastings of toast and truffles at his estate, La Bastide de Clovis, located in Gordes which is listed as one of the ‘Most Beautiful Villages in France’. Along with his son Gaël, he welcomes individuals and groups up of to 40 people in season (mid-November to mid-March).
