Oil producer, Christian Bathelier, welcomes visitors to the Lis Andi Estate where he reveals the secrets of olive oil production (AOC – AOP olive oil from Nyons), in his brand new oil mill. You’ll also find lavender honey, garrigue-scented honey, essential lavender oil and ancient tools. Free entry during the olive crushing and oil producing season, from 25th November to 10th January, approximately, 10am-1pm and 3-7pm every day except Sunday. The shop selling oils, which also offers a free tasting session with commentary, is open throughout the year from 10am -12.30pm and 5-7pm, every day except Sunday. During the summer, hours vary depending on demand and frequency of visitors. If you wish to visit the mill and shop or arrange a tasting session outside of these hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
