"Restaurant, in charming hotel, with swimming pool, terraces and landscaped garden at the foot of Séguret one of the 'Most Beautiful Villages in France'.
Chef, Johannes Sailer, serves colourful, fragrant Provencal cuisine, and organises themed evenings, using produce from the surrounding countryside and wine from the local vineyards, to take guests on a fabulous sensory journey!
The restaurant serves fine cuisine made from a range of local produce, grown and produced within the Vaucluse region, known as the orchard of France.
The cuisine is rich and substantial with great depth and layers of flavour. The chef prepares dishes to complement the seasons and the estate wines. In fact, a meal in the hotel restaurant is the best way to appreciate the estate wines.
The well appointed room can accommodate up to 60 people and up to 100 people for family events or festivities.
In the summer, weather permitting, guests can dine on the shaded terrace, accompanied by the sound of crickets as night falls.
In winter, from 1st November to 10th April, the restaurant is closed Sunday evening, Monday all day, Tuesday lunch."
