Hiely Lucullus has been perpetuating the tradition of French gourmet cuisine since 1938, in this 1st floor restaurant, just a stone's throw from the place de l'Horloge and the Palais des Papes, in an Art Nouveau 1900s décor. Chef Gerald Azoulay will introduce you to some fine and delicious cuisine based on fresh seasonal products. The food is iconic, combining traditional flavours and modern trends. To ensure customer satisfaction and quality, certain dishes may be modified, depending on market products available. The restaurant is listed in a number of guides such as the Michelin Guide as well as Bib Gourmand, le Bottin Gourmand, le Gault Millau and le Champerard.
