The Brasserie de l’Horloge, a traditional restaurant, is open every day of the year (365/365).

The brasserie has outside terrace seating for 80, a lovely interior dining room that seats 40 and a upper terrace that is roofed and heated in the winter.

Owner Laurent Clareton is proud to serve fresh, local products to his demanding clientele. Restaurant suppliers all come from the outlying region. Restaurant specialties include, the 'agnolade d’Avignon', a family heritage recipe created in 1989 by Claude Clareton.
-Fish and seafood are delivered every day by the fishmonger at the Halles d’Avignon
-Vegetables are from Younès, who also has a stall at Les Halles,
- Cheese is selected from the marketplace, and the chef prepares their own truffle-stuffed Brie.
- The best beef breeds are the sources for all the meat.
