Lovely independent holiday home attached to the owner's house, well-equipped with 12 m² east-facing terrace and 180 m² enclosed garden.
Private, heated, saltwater swimming pool (7.80m x 3.60m with 1.50m depth), secured by a roller blind cover.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one 140cm bed, one 160cm bed, two 120cm beds).
Ground floor: kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Living/dining room, utility room (washing machine).
Electric heating. Reversible air conditioning on ground floor.
