The 61m² apartment, on the first floor of the owners' house, comprises a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a 22m² living-dining room, separate WC and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is set on a large wooded plot (7700m²), not on a housing estate, in the middle of the vineyards, very quiet. Walking and cycling trails along the canal and Via Venaissia. Meals can be taken in the shade of the oak trees, next to the barbecue (reserved exclusively for rental) or on the balcony. Grassed area protected by hedges.
