Gîte Ô Soleil

The Ô Soleil gîte is located on the first floor of a bright and pleasant house, whose light rendering reflects the sun. With its large bay windows and south-facing terrace, you'll be able to take full advantage of the Provencal sunshine.

You'll feel right at home in this large, comfortable 95 m2 gîte, which has been completely refurbished. It can accommodate 5 people and comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, and a spacious lounge with sofa bed, TV and DVD. The apartment has internet access.
The kitchen has everything you need: large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso, percolator, dishwasher and washing machine.

Separated by a corridor, you enter the night area, comprising :
- a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and direct access to the terrace through a bay window
- bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- separate toilet
- a large second bedroom with 3 beds: 2 bunk beds and 1 single 90 cm bed

The terrace, an extension of the living room, is sheltered by a pergola with sliding curtains, allowing you to take full advantage of the fine weather, while protecting you from the sun's rays.
The terrace features garden furniture and a barbecue.

A garden with a pretty 7x4 m swimming pool equipped with an electric roller shutter, a ping-pong table and a pétanque court, in the communal areas, complete the gîte for a total change of scenery and a Provencal way of life.

A storage room adjoins the house, out of sight, for bicycles, a roof box and other accessories.

The 1000 m2 grounds are fully enclosed. Parking on the property.

The property enjoys a privileged setting, in a quiet residential area at the start of a small country road that leads into the hills of Pernes-les-Fontaines.
The historic village center is within walking distance, as are the sports facilities: tennis (7 courts), summer swimming pool, skate park, multi-sports "city" pitch, educational mountain biking, cycling and running trails along the Carpentras canal or in the hills. Horseback riding, canoeing and 18-hole golf are also available less than 10 km away.
