The house sits on 8500m² of wooded land, 3500m² of which is studded. The exceptional location offers breathtaking views of the Luberon massif and the Regional Nature Park that borders the property. The layout of the houses ensures total isolation from the surrounding neighborhood.
By the pool, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet, the scenery and nature.
The house has a large terrace adjoining the kitchen. It's particularly pleasant to take meals in the shade of the pergola, enjoying the scenery and the peace and quiet, while keeping an eye on the pool.
The kitchen is very well equipped, and gourmets will find all the utensils they need to prepare their specialties.
Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably: 1 160 cm double bed, 1 140 cm double bed, two 90 cm beds.
In the living/dining room you'll find a flat-screen TV, 1 x 3-seater sofa and two armchairs, and a fireplace for chilly evenings in the off-season. Heating and cooling are provided by reversible air-conditioning.
