This pretty house has a large, shaded private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ overlooking the countryside.
The large living room includes a sofa bed (2 pers.), flat-screen TV, DVD player, round table and six chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, hood, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, electric kettle and toaster).
1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), WC, washing machine and a large bay window opening onto the terrace.
1 bedroom accessible from the outside with king-size bed 180 x 200 with shower room and walk-in shower, WC, dressing table, flat-screen TV and French window opening onto the terrace.
Free WIFI / Fiber.
In the large 4000m2 enclosed garden with trees, you'll find plenty of cocooning spots with garden furniture, pergola, swing and deckchairs. A large wooden table for 10 is available under the oak trees.
The 6 x 11m swimming pool, with depths ranging from 0.8m to 2.5m, is alarm-protected and open from May to September. It is shared with the tenants of the second gîte and the owner.
Boulodrome, outdoor games and table tennis available.
Large parking area with standard electric vehicle charging point. Automatic gate.
It is possible to increase capacity to 10 people by renting the 2nd accommodation Le Figuier.
A wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna is available by appointment (1 hour free, then €10/hour).
The owner lives on site and also offers massages, takeaway meals and table d'hôtes on request.
