On one level, this authentic 150m² sheepfold, renovated in 2020, comprises a bright living room with large fireplace and mezzanine (children's relaxation area), a kitchen opening onto a veranda/dining room, a storeroom/laundry room, 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), a bathroom/shower and a toilet.
In the N/E wing, a third independent bedroom with toilet and shower room.
The property is set in 2.5 hectares of unfenced grounds planted with olive trees and truffle oaks, with secure swimming pool (4.5x8m), swings and petanque area.
Numerous direct hiking trails are nearby, and the village of Lauris with all its amenities is 3km away.
