Beautiful and bright contemporary house renovated in 2022, landscaped garden with swimming pool, located 5 minutes drive from the castle of Lourmarin and 10 minutes walk from the center of the village of Lauris.
The house consists, on the first floor, of a large living room, dining room overlooking the garden.
Separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, laundry room with 8 kg washing machine.
A bedroom with a 180×200 bed offering a nice view on the garden. A second room with two beds 80×190 granting a view on the garden as well as a bathroom with Italian shower, two sinks and independent WC.
Upstairs, two other bedrooms, one with a 160×200 bed and the other with two 90×190 beds, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A deposit is required on arrival.
