La Maison de Beaumont

La Maison de Beaumont, the village's former seigniorial residence, is located in the heart of the village of Beaumont de Pertuis, right next to the church. It offers fully furnished and equipped apartments, ideal for extended stays, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, for a total immersion experience in the heart of the Luberon.

The house's main building dates back to the early 18th century, shortly after the 1708 earthquake that destroyed the adjacent Saint Jean Baptiste church and the old bread oven (now part of the house's basement).

The eastern wall of the house follows the shape of the tower of the former Château de Beaumont, which was destroyed in the 16th century during the Wars of Religion between Catholics loyal to La Ligue and Protestants. The entrance to the tower, which was uncovered during renovation, is visible today.
Until the end of the 18th century, the house was used by the King's representative as a Demeure Seigneuriale. After the French Revolution, it became the seat of the Town Hall until the early 20th century, when the entire building was converted to serve as the village's elementary school.
All year round, La Maison de Beaumont offers fully renovated and equipped apartments, each with a separate kitchen and bathroom, for stays ranging from one week to several months, allowing you to enjoy an immersive Provencal experience.

Horizon" apartment
This bright apartment is surely the most atypical in the house! With its huge sliding bay window opening onto a 15m² terrace, it offers a splendid view over the rooftops of Beaumont de Pertuis and the village bell tower. Let nature in, the more open it is, the more beautiful it is. The main room lets you live "inside/outside" with all the comforts you need for total relaxation. The bedroom has its own balcony, perfect for breakfast. Recently renovated with taste and quality materials, it also features a fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment "Luberon
With a magnificent view over the fountain in the village's main square, this room has plenty to offer. The very high ceilings provide ample space and perfectly recreate the charming atmosphere of Provencal houses. It is equipped with all the necessary comforts, including a dining room with kitchen, a large living room and a bedroom with ample storage space.

Provence" apartment
The exposed beams typical of Provence and the local stone wall give this apartment lots of character. Old meets new, yet functional, making this one of the most pleasant apartments in the house to live in. The magnificent view of the fountain in the village square further immerses you in the Provencal atmosphere.

The "Ochre" loft
This spacious loft boasts large volumes and a lovely private terrace where you can watch the sun set. The mezzanine provides sleeping space, and the studio is also equipped with a sofa bed. The large bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen complete this cosy studio's equipment for an excellent stay.

The Honey Studio
This large studio is designed to capture the calm and relaxed lifestyle of Provence, making it a charming accommodation. A large dressing room and kitchenette make for very comfortable living. The large, beautifully finished bathroom is also bathed in Provencal light, and includes a luxury bathtub and separate shower.

The "Sunflower" studio
In this charming studio with high ceilings, the eye is drawn to the architectural details. In the main room, you'll find a lovely kitchenette, a dining area, a wardrobe and a single bed with a hide-a-bed underneath. The bathroom features an archway that was once the entrance to the turret of Château de Beaumont! A curved wall separates it from the main room, creating a beautiful opening allowing daylight to penetrate the entire dwelling.
