This lovely, traditionally restored country house is fitted out in an 18th-century former barn. A warm and welcoming home, coloured in ochre and grey pastel. Situated on a 2-hectare estate in the middle of the countryside, however within easy reach of town centre. Reserved parking for your vehicle. With peaceful surroundings, this house with 3 large rooms and a separate entrance offers ultimate relaxation. Shady terrace on the southern side that is not overlooked. Two comfortable bedrooms and a large, fully-equipped open-plan living room/kitchen. Private parking. Both the external access and interior layout of the house are suitable for comfortably accommodating people with reduced mobility. Location: 10-minute walk from Apt's town centre. Good starting point for hikes. Bonus: situated in the heart of the Luberon and its picturesque villages. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence 45 km away - Marseille, the Mediterranean and the Verdon 90 km away. Tourism resources and maps for walks or hikes in the region are available. 2 electric bikes, boules pitch under plane trees and a ping-pong table (balls and bats provided) at your disposal, shared with the 2 other gites. A relaxing space/SPA (2 to 5 people) available on the wooden terrace at the end of the garden open from March to November, in respect of guests at all 3 gites. Cleaned twice a day! Available by request and free of charge: 2 electric bikes, mixing machine, bed, high chair and baby bath, children's games and books, equipment for disabled persons.
