Very separate (the owners live in the other part), eastern exposure, 4 persons, lovely shared swimming pool (15x5x1.40 with deck) open from May to October. In the countryside, 3 km from Valréas and the shops. This house has a terrace and private garden, enclosed, covering 300m². Ground floor: Laundry room, Larve living rooms kitchen area and living area, fireplace. WC. Upstairs, 2 rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and separate WC. Optional: Sheet rental 12€/bed, End of stay housecleaning on request 70€ During cold weather, heating and electricity are on a per-consumption basis. Holiday tax is 0.70€/day per person. Outside of the high season, weekend rentals are possible in Aprill and May. Animals admitted on request.
