The splendid parish nativity scene is on display for visitors to enjoy from December to February.
The nativity scene, celebrating the birth of Jesus, with its traditional Provençal figurines, extends over 57 m² in the heart of Notre Dame de Nazareth church.
The shepherd, le Ravi (the delighted one), the drummer boy, the old man and woman are all travelling to see the Baby Jesus, led by the star.
A magnified perspective reveals the town of Valréas, with its church, Ripert tower, hills and in the distance, Lance mountain dominating the surrounding countryside.
