Better than a historical reconstitution, this is a true trip back in time, to the heart of the 13th century - at the Mornas Fortress.
During an hour and a quarter adventure, you will experience daily life as it was lived at the Mornas chateau-fort in the Middle Ages. As you enter the Barbacane gate, you are welcomed with the customary courtesy of the era, and you undertake a journey through the fort as the guard continues his explanation of the architecture and leads to the lord of the castle, who takes you through the kitchens. Hear about meals and dining in the Middle Ages, and continue on to the castle sleeping quarters, where you will hear legends, tales and historical facts.
See different medieval weapons and see how they were handled. A very animated, entertaining visit.
