a welcome reception featuring a white wine tasting, a meal prepared by La Cuisine de Delph—disciples of Escoffier—featuring a delicious Ventoux-style spit-roasted pig, baby potatoes, and a “café gourmand,” followed by a big dance party hosted by JL Music Show. A wonderful evening of fine dining and music awaits!
