The traditional Saint Anthony's Day Truffle Mass is celebrated on the third Sunday of January at 10:00 AM in the Church of St. Denis in Richerenches. The collection consists primarily of truffles offered as a gift and auctioned off at the end of the ceremony.

Saint-Denis Church will open its doors at 9:30 a.m. that day. A large screen set up inside the Templar House will allow those unable to find a seat in the church to follow the Mass live.

This Mass, known as the "Truffle Mass," is dedicated to Saint Anthony the Great, the patron saint of truffle growers. It is accompanied by a choir specially selected for the event, which performs religious hymns.

Following the religious service, members of the Brotherhood of the Black Diamond and Gastronomy, dressed in their traditional costumes, leave the church, followed by the congregation, to the Town Hall Square. There, they weigh the truffles collected during the procession. An auction will then take place in front of the Town Hall.

A blend of folklore and tradition enriches this religious celebration.
