Event in Avignon :

A tender word proclaimed loud and clear or whispered in our ears... inviting us into the intimacy of Vaucluse's archaeological, museum and archival collections.

It suggests the inestimable value of these witnesses to the past, brought together in their Memento case, and offered to the gaze and curiosity of all and sundry.
Through this temporary exhibition, the Département de Vaucluse shares its most precious asset: its heritage.
In a sensitive scenography, everyone is invited to discover treasures, imposing or tiny, sometimes hidden, not to hide them from view but to protect them from degradation that could be inescapable. Everyone will be able to resonate with the stories told by the collections, become symbolically attached to them, and discover the small-scale sketch of the Vaucluse they represent.
By sharing its treasures, the Vaucluse is helping to pass them on and protect them, and we invite you in turn to declare your love for it.
