The Chartreuse du Val de Bénédiction was founded in the 14th century by Pope Innocent VI who entrusted the decoration of his personal chapel to Matteo Giovanetti, the painter of the frescoes at the Palace of the Popes.Individual and group tours are available, guided tours and tours for the visually disabled are available by reservation.
