The story begins with Gilbert and Lisette, who opened their pastry shop in Carpentras after a time in Nîmes. Their son Frédéric, followed by their grandchildren Pierre and Jeanne-Marie, have carried on this tradition of excellence while adding their own creative touch. A member of the prestigious Relais Desserts since 1981, the Maison has continued to grow over the years, with boutiques opening in Japan and, in 2023, the launch of a large bakery and workshop.
Today, La Maison Jouvaud’s five boutiques continue to celebrate flavor, artisanal expertise, and a deep love for the craft.
