Tourist service in Avignon :We are artisan chocolate-makers working in the very heart of Avignon. We make a lovely range of products in our own workshop. Chocolate bars, ganaches, pralinés, traditional mendiants, bouchées and many other specialites.
Aline Gehant proposes specialties such as the mendiant - Provençal-style, a lavender ganache with thyme and also traditional flavours.
Give in and try what tempts you - we recommend the"Noir de Provence": a gorgeous chocolate made from cocoa beans from Grenada and Ghana. This recipe is the result of an entire year of research into taste and balance. For great gift-giving, we have lots of gift ideas including the "Molière" boxes with an assortment of different ganaches, Palets de Fleur (an assortment of different ganaches). and reglette-strips of chocolates that include 9 praline and ganache chocolates.
