After a 1 hour 15 minute carriage ride, driven by Impérial de la Farge, a magnificent Poitevin draft horse and emblematic representative of one of the Poitou mule breeds threatened with extinction, and guided by Vincent, your coachman, enjoy an aperitif at midday or in the evening at Domaine de Pécoulette!

A perfect opportunity to share a convivial moment after exploring, at a walk, trot, or even a gallop, the olive grove of Domaine de Pécoulette and the vineyard paths of the Courthézon garrigue plateau, with its breathtaking 360-degree views.

The Baronnies mountain range, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux, the foothills of the Luberon, and the hills of Châteauneuf-du-Pape will have dazzled you; it will be time to refresh yourself!

Jean, Caroline, and Elise will welcome you with Vaucluse regional wines from their estate (3 colors), to be enjoyed in moderation, Elise's homemade syrups, surprise homemade snacks, and a tasting of the estate's olive oil.
