Commented tasting at the Château de Nalys

We will give you a guided tour of the vineyards surrounding the Chateau to aid your discovery of the 13 emblematic grape varieties of the AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
You will be made aware of the work done in the vineyard throughout the year, as well as the idea of “terroirs”. You will also be able to enjoy the splendid views of the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Afterwards, you can explore our small museum that highlights old wine-making machines (corkscrew, crusher, stills). You will then be guided through the 18th century cellar where the wine is aged for several months in vats, demi-muids, and barrels.
We will take you to the winery where you will be shown different winemaking, growing, and blending techniques.
Finally, the visit will finish with a tasting of 3 to 5 AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape white and red
wines of AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
