This is an introduction to this method of cultivation for neophytes: definition, application to the vine, use of the calendar, interest in the quality of the wine, etc... But we can also accommodate people who have already been introduced to biodynamic methods and who want to extend their knowledge on preparations. On request luncheons could be arranged.
