Behind a big glass wall bearing testament to the building's industrial past, cookery classes are offered here according to a well-established programme: meet as a little group accompanied by the chef at the Halles d'Avignon to buy market purchases.
Once the apron is on, it's time to get to work transforming the contents of your market basket into a Provençal meal, that you'll then enjoy with local wine.
