Pascal Barnouin, restaurant owner and "Maître Cuisinier de France" (Master Chef of France) has installed his kitchen in what was once a mechanic's workshop. He has established an excellent programme to help you discover local produce and the art of its preparation!
Behind a big glass wall bearing testament to the building's industrial past, cookery classes are offered here according to a well-established programme: meet as a little group accompanied by the chef at the Halles d'Avignon to buy market purchases. Then, climb on board the fun little Provence Tuk Tuk engine for a guided tour of the city before being dropped off just in front of the restaurant. Once the apron is on, it's time to get to work transforming the contents of your market basket into a Provençal meal, that you'll then enjoy with local wine.
On sunny days, lunch under the arbour in the courtyard makes it feel like a holiday!
