AUCOINGDUVENTOUX: a range comprising "Apéritif du Coing", a subtle blend of juice, alcohol and sugar, an ancestral drink made at the foot of the Ventoux, "Coing qui Pétille", a sparkling sparkling wine made by carbonation, and an assortment of sweet products.
This aperitif can also be served as a digestif, accompanying foie gras, distinctive cheeses such as Roquefort, picodon or even desserts such as chocolate fondant. It's a pleasure to drink.
New: The range has been extended with a Coudounat sparkling wine, "Le coing qui pétille", made from Apéritif du Coing, lowered in degree (10%vol) and carbonated. A fresh, light and festive product, it can be served as an aperitif or with dessert, as well as with an assortment of sweet quince products: jelly, syrup, compote, quince spread, coudounat jelly, quince in syrup...
