The SILVAIN family invites you to come and find out about the nougat production process all year round thanks to its free guided tours.

Throughout the tour (duration approximately 45 mins), you can see the nougat being made, breathe in the sweet smell of toasted almonds and honey, and taste a large range of our products.
Descended from a line of farmers, the SILVAIN family history is closely linked to that of this Provençal land nestled between the plains of the Comtat Venaissin and Mont Ventoux.
