You'll find us at the markets in Bédoin, Pernes les fontaines, Mormoiron, Ville sur Auzon and at the U store in St Pierre de Vassols.

Our range of Provençal cookies and Krounchs are made with passion, by hand in our laboratory. We use artisanal know-how to produce quality products made from organic wheat flour, buckwheat flour for gluten-free products, small spelt flour and, wherever possible, other local products.

Krounch is a kind of fat-free tuile created especially to accompany summer desserts such as ice cream or fruit salads.
For our range of sweet cookies, flavors such as orange blossom, lavender, honey and almonds take pride of place, but you'll also find many other flavors such as hazelnut, ginger, lemon...

The range of savoury cookies is divided into two categories: shortbread, with classic Provençal flavours such as saffron grown in Mazan, thyme, rosemary, black olive... and crackers, with some of these flavours and many more.

For sports enthusiasts on the Ventoux, I've created tasty energy bars made from petit épeautre: one savory (black olive apricot) and two sweet (fig and fig apricot), but also perfect for recovery and for those in need of a snack, granola bars made from petit épeautre flakes (grape, apricot and banana chocolate).

All our products are available in sachets, but also in magnificent boxes with enchanting decorations specially created by a painter on the theme of Mont Ventoux.

As of this year, Petits Biscuits du Ventoux also offers home-made nougat: the traditional black, the classic white and a white rich in honey and almonds, with pistachios, orange and candied lemon.
