The Domaine des Pasquiers wine estate, located in the village of Sablet, right in the heart of Provence, boasts a diversity of terroirs and renowned appellations such as Gigondas and new, extremely promising appellations such as the recent AOC Plan de Dieu. Open throughout the year from 8am to midday and 1.30 to 6pm. Closed weekends but may open by appointment.
The diversity of terroirs lends our estate a distinctive character and our wines a rich flavour and complex aroma, further enhancing their taste.
The cellars can accommodate group visits (up to 50 on request) and can organise introductory tasting sessions (up to 50 people).
Visit the estate in a 4x4 and discover the different terroirs and vines, from the youngest to the oldest. Booking required. Free of charge.
