From 300 m to 500 m in altitude, the vineyards of the Cave de Beaumont bear the name of the assembly vineyard. The Gauls were already cultivating the land in terraces. Calcareous, clay or gravel soils allow the manufacture of full-bodied rosé and red wines. While favouring sustainable agriculture, the Cave de Beaumont du Ventoux grows, harvests and makes wine in the Mont Ventoux Biosphere Reserve, listed by UNESCO. Tasting / Sale / Wine tourism activities are offered at the Caveau. Our hours: open daily (except Christmas and New Year) 9 am-12 pm/2 pm-6 pm and, in July/August, 9 am-12.30 pm - 2 pm-7 pm
Wine tasting cellar offering AOC Côtes du Ventoux White, Rosé, Red and Mediterranean PGI wines. - Fridays in July and August, guided walking tours in the terraced vineyard. -Harvest day with mealSeveral welcome packages are available for groups, reservation required.
