Halfway between Coustellet and Les Beaumettes, at the edge of the cycle path, the Saint-Augustin Olive Oil Mill continues its tradition of cultivating 12 hectares of olive groves on the estate. The olive oil produced on site is then sold at the mill shop (Boutique du Moulin) where you can find delicatessen style items and other regional produce.

Along the D 900 road (formerly the N 100), lies a stone building which is open to visitors. The oldest part dates from the 7th century, and was once the property of the monks at Sénanque Abbey, until the 13th century.
The olive oil mill and wheat-grinding mill are found here, open to visitors. A dovecote stands nearby, and there are also beehives.
The shop, which is housed in what was once the flour mill, sells olive oil and Provençal products and cosmetics.
At the mill there are picnic tables under a centuries-old oak tree.
