The Apt Olive-Oil Mill, established in 2014 in the hamlet of Chêne in Apt, grinds individual batches of olives from 50kg upwards for individuals and professionals. All the olives are from the Apt region and have been carefully selected to guarantee high-quality oil. "O comme Olive", the adjoining shop, opened in 2016 and sells oils produced at the mill as well as other local produce (honey, wine, saffron, etc.). The tour of the mill is free.
