The cellar is open every day from 10am-7pm from October to April and from 10 am to 8pm from May to September.
The adventure began in the 70s in Cadenet, at a place called "Travers du Faridoux et Cavale", where Monsieur Dubrule acquired a sheepfold surrounded by 7 hectares of vines. Since 1986, Jean-Paul Aubert, Technical Director, has been responsible for creating the wines. The winery stands at a crossroads, in the very heart of the Parc Naturel du Luberon. Between 2012 and 2017, a new cellar was built. Designed by renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, it welcomes visitors to an idyllic setting.
The 36 hectares of vines, planted with eight grape varieties and divided between Ansouis, Vaugines, Lourmarin and Cadenet, produce Luberon appellation wines. The cuvées come in three ranges: Petite Cavale (rosé, red and white), La Cavale (red and white) and our premium white cuvée, vinified only in the best years. La Cavale has been certified organic since 2020.
The Boutique
In our concept store, you'll find a wide selection of wines, both estate wines and discovery wines from around the world. You can also discover local products (delicatessen, fruit juices, olive oils, spirits, crystalware, books...).
During the summer months, join us on Thursday evenings for our musical aperitifs on the terrace.
Out of season, discover the tearoom in a resolutely contemporary setting.
