One of Châteauneuf du Pape’s most historic sites: the estate formerly belonged to Baron Pierre le Roy de Boiseaumarie, known as the world’s first wine-producer! The winery is open from 8am to midday and 1.30-5pm.
Today, the estate remains faithful to its wine-growing traditions; wine selection is highly controlled; grapes are handpicked from vines that average 40 years in age and the wines produced are greatly prized by discerning gourmets. The red wines are garnet and purpled coloured with a rich plum and blackberry aroma; the white wines are pale yellow, tinged with green, with the aroma of vine flowers. So many great wines for you discover when you visit our cellars!
