A 20-hectare family estate, located in Rochefort-du-Gard in the southern Rhône Valley. The Guigue family has been cultivating the vines of Domaine de la Rouette for 4 generations, bringing you the finest Côtes-du-Rhône grape varieties.
4 generations of winemaking history... It all began in 1924 when Théodore GUIGUE cultivated a few plots of vines and made wine. He was soon joined by Roger, who continued the family passion. In 1974 Joseph, the third generation, created the name Domaine de la Rouette from the locality of the family home, and developed retail sales.
Today, Sébastien and Matthieu, the 4th generation of winemakers, manage the 20 hectares of Côtes du Rhône vines with the same passion and philosophy as their ancestors: know-how and respect for their terroirs. In 2020, the estate was awarded the HVE label...
