Maria Luisa offers a strictly Italian cuisine, geographically defined, reproducing the tastes and flavors of this part of the Italian Adriatic coast with quality products and wines.

A typical dish of Romagna and the Northern Marche, "la Piadina" is a sheet of unleavened flour and olive oil baked on a metal plate, which is served stuffed and accompanied by cold cuts, cheese or vegetables. Ideal for vegetarians, vegans and charcuterie lovers.

The products are bought in markets, products not available in France. Suppliers include: Moulin Pichard (flour), Azienda Agricola Samuele fadda (Pecorino cheese), Acetaia Cavalli (balsamic vinegar), Azienda Agricola Guerrieri (wines), La Passerelle Verte (vegetables), Vincent Fructus (sausages and rosettes)...
