Upstairs, 65m², attic, air-conditioned, 2 bedrooms, one with 160cm bed, the other with 2 separate 90cm beds. Living room with sofas, TV, tables. Shower room. Separate WC. Parking inside the property. Shared 8x4 swimming pool, heated by our generous sunshine.
