A mas is an old Provencal farmhouse. Ours was built in 1796 and is located in Caderousse. This year it celebrates its 227th birthday! and begins a new life as a "Maison d'hôtes"!

For rent in our Maison d'Hôtes, 2 accommodations:

- A 70m2 "Laurier Rose" apartment for 3 to 7 people, comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 WC and a private outdoor terrace.

- A 30m2 "Vignes Caderossa" studio for 1 to 4 people, comprising 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and WC, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, equipped kitchenette and a private outdoor terrace.

For 2 people: 140 € / Night.
For 3 people : 200 € / Night.
For 4 people: 250 € / Night.

Private parking spaces are available, accommodation is equipped with Wifi, bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, and breakfast is included in the rental price.
Our farmhouse offers you calm, serenity and relaxation in the midst of flora and fauna. You'll enjoy our green spaces where you'll find a 12x5" swimming pool (open from May 1 to October 15), sun loungers and deckchairs, 2 shared outdoor terraces, a barbecue at your disposal with outdoor tables, a pétanque court, and our beautiful henhouse.

From here, you can take a bike ride on the ViaRhôna "étape 18", a cycle path that passes through our village of Caderousse, or enjoy a sightseeing tour, as the following towns are only 30 minutes away: Orange and its ancient theater, Avignon and its historic center, the Popes' Palace and the Avignon Bridge, the Pont du Gard, Uzès and its Place aux Herbes, Saint Rémy de Provence and the remains of Nostradamus, Mornas and its medieval fortress, and so much more!

For the pleasure of young and old alike! Just 30 minutes away, you'll be able to spend some unforgettable days at Parc Spirou, Wave Island water park, enjoy water sports at Wake Park EXO84, go accrobranche at Parc Bollène Aventure, take a floating obstacle course at Mobybase in Lapalud, play pirates at Piratland park, spend a day at Monteux go-karting, where you can also play paintball and go mini-golf.
