La Maison du Village

To meet the needs of a wide range of accommodation seekers, we offer a modular rental with 3 different versions:
- version M: sleeps 4 - 2 CH. - 2 private bathrooms - available from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 01/09 to 31/12.
- version L : sleeps 6 - 3 bedrooms. - 3 private bathrooms - available all year round.
- version XL : sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms. - 4 private bathrooms - available all year round.
Whichever version you choose, the property is at your exclusive disposal and is spread over 3 levels.

GROUND FLOOR (street level)

Here, all rooms have direct access to the terrace, the property's focal point. A link between the different levels and buildings, it is also a lookout point over the pool and gardens, as well as a place for socializing.
- Terrace: Sheltered from the wind and shaded by large parasols, you'll enjoy your meals here. At your disposal:
> table for 10/12 guests and chairs,
> electric griddle with utensils,
> parasols and lights for dinner,
- The Provencal-style kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (utensils, crockery and equipment, including a US fridge with unlimited ice).
- The lounge and dining room: for convivial moments, in summer sheltered from the outside heat and in winter in the cosy atmosphere of the fireplace. The TV/video package is at your disposal, with high-speed internet - 80 Mbits minimum available! - and Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
- La Suite de la Petite Maison (XL version only): one of the 4 bedrooms in the rental, it is accessible via the patio door on the terrace. At your disposal:
> double bed (140x190) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan
> 1 closet + 1 storage cupboard
> shower room (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer)
> 1 separate private WC
On this floor you'll also find a guest WC and a private, secure garage communicating with the house, so you can forget about your car for the duration of your vacation!

GARDEN LEVEL (street level -1)

Accessed via the outside staircase, you'll enjoy a 400m² area featuring the swimming pool, beach and gardens. Direct access to this level is forbidden to children, thanks to a double-action security gate that can be locked with a key.
- The heated swimming pool** (8x4 m - depth 1.1 m to 1.5 m) is ideal for children and adults alike, so that everyone can enjoy swimming and playing. Signed "Jacques Brens", you benefit from the quality and finesse of its marble powder coating (glass-coat). A large, sun-facing sundeck with a balneotherapy system awaits you for moments of conversation and relaxation.
Continuous sunshine and the absence of vis-a-vis will allow you to enjoy your time here in complete peace and freedom.

- The swimming pool beach: 8 sun loungers (+ 4 folding deckchairs) are at your disposal. You can install them either in the shade of the 2 parasols (2x 2.50x2.50 m) or the covered wooden terrace or trees in the garden; or to take full advantage of the Provencal sun on the paved solarium or lawn.
- Solar shower: for hygiene and refreshing pleasure
- Garden furniture: with seating for 10/12 people, it's the perfect place to share vacation moments. Ideally situated in the shade in the late afternoon, it's the perfect place to gather with family and friends for an aperitif.
- The landscaped garden: all around, it's enclosed and secure, offering you a rare space in the heart of the village.
- The laundry room is only accessible via the interior staircase. Here you'll find :
> washing machine and tumble dryer
> ironing board and steam unit
> clothesline and storage space

FIRST FLOOR (street level +1)

Accessible from the first floor via the interior wooden staircase, this level is entirely dedicated to the "night" space.
- The Master Suite (20 m² - garden side): available in "M", "L" and "XL" versions
> Queen-size double bed (160x200) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan
> Wardrobe and drawer storage
> private, separate bathroom with WC (large walk-in shower + washbasin + storage + hairdryer).

- La Suite (16 m² - street side): available in "M - choice 2", "L" and "XL" versions
> 1 double bed (140x190) with bedside cabinets and remote-controlled ceiling fan
> dressing area with drawer storage
> bathroom area (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer)

- La Chambre Modulable (16 m² - garden side): available in "M - choice 1", "L" and "XL" versions
> 2 beds (90x190) with the option of combining them into 1 double bed (180x190),
> dressing area
> shelves and drawers
> remote-controlled ceiling fan

- The bathroom (located on the landing) is for the private use of the Chambre Modulable: available in "M - choice 1", "L" and "XL" versions
> bath/shower
> double washbasin unit
> storage space and hairdryer

- separate WC on the landing.

All rooms have been fully renovated and have windows.

SERVICES INCLUDED in this rental:
- Concierge to answer your questions and provide technical assistance if needed (please note that the concierge also offers "on-demand services" not included in this rental).
- Linen: provided and maintained when in a normal state of soiling. Linen is changed weekly;
- Cleaning (all stays): complete at the end of the stay when in a normal state of soiling.
- Cleaning (stays of 2 weeks or more): 1 complete at the end of the stay + 1 weekly and reduced to damp rooms (kitchen, shower room and WC) when normally dirty.
The house is comfortably heated, but for pleasure you can use the fireplace on request, provided you use only the firewood supplied, at extra cost.
