La Calade

This house comprises 2 connected buildings, each with 3 levels. One opens onto a terrace and the other onto a garden with a small heated pool (3x2m).
It thus offers a certain independence with its different relaxation areas. A living room opens onto the terrace.
The house is equipped with an internet connection and flat-screen TV. The kitchen-dining room is on the same level as the garden, where you can also enjoy your meals. It features all modern conveniences.
The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet. 2 of them are air-conditioned. They are each equipped for 2 people with 160 x 200cm beds (possibility of dividing into 2 single beds in one room).
The enclosed garage doubles as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and is also ideal for storing cycling equipment.
The stone staircases are original. They are a little difficult for small children (adult supervision required). We do not recommend these stairs for elderly people with mobility problems or those with reduced mobility.
