For the rental: 2 terraces, one of which is 50m² with a pergola, extended by a 1000 m² unfenced plot of land at the tenants' sole disposal. Garden furniture with deckchairs. Gas barbecue. Attractive private fenced swimming pool (8.5x4.5m, 1-1.6m deep with Roman steps). During July and August, both apartments are rented together.
