Mrs Danièle Raulet Reynaud, Master Sommelier of France, has for 30 years arranged training and conferences worldwide for wine professionals. In recent years, she has been the Vice-President of the association of "Femmes Vignes Rhône" (30 female winemakers in the Rhone Valley: www.femmesvignesrhone.com).
Today, in the vaulted cellars of her B&B, she has opened up a vault where she holds, for wine lovers, educational but fun activities based around wine:
- Courses on tasting techniques and wine service
- Aperitif Fun (knowledge of the soils and grape varieties of Châteauneuf-du-Pape with tasting)
- Grand dinner workshop matching wines and local cheeses.
