Élodie and Alban have set up Papilles et Provence, a family-run, artisan business specialising in authentic Provençal flavours.
They produce syrups made exclusively from fruit, plants and sugar.
Élodie invites you on a tour of the workshop, including a presentation on how the machinery has evolved since the brand’s inception to the present day.
The tour will continue with a tasting of the full range, comprising 21 flavours of syrups made from local fruits and plants.
A wonderful opportunity to discover local craftsmanship and go behind the scenes of artisanal syrup production.
